Es un organismo con autonomía funcional coordinado por la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros de la Nación que articula las acciones de prevención, sanción y asistencia en materia de Trata de Personas desarrolladas por el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos; el Ministerio de Seguridad; el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social. http://www.comitecontralatrata.gob.ar/

– Impulsar y fortalecer las políticas públicas del Estado Nacional en la materia
